These terms apply to your use of daile.co (the "Site"), run by Daile Co LLC, a California limited liability company based in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, California ("Daile", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site describes the custom AI systems Daile designs, builds and runs for businesses, and lets you ask for a call. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement controls if it says anything different from these terms.

2. Information on the Site

We describe our services and approach in good faith, but the content is general information, not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation. Examples, timelines and figures are illustrative and depend on your business, data and systems. We may change or remove anything on the Site at any time.

3. When you contact us

When you send the contact form you confirm the details are accurate and that you're allowed to share them on behalf of your company. We use them as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential, health or payment information through the form; we'll set up a proper way to share it if a project needs it.

4. Our content

The Site, its text, design, logos and the Daile name belong to Daile Co LLC. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, resell or reuse its content or branding without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload or scan it for weaknesses, no automated submissions to the contact form, no false information, and nothing unlawful.

6. Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the Site will always be available or error-free.

8. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Daile is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit any liability that can't be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any signed services agreement.

9. Indemnity

If you misuse the Site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, including legal fees, that Daile incurs as a result.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and both sides consent to those courts.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the Site after a change means you accept it.
