This policy explains what Daile Co LLC ("Daile", "we", "us"), based in West Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, collects through daile.co and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, work email, company, role, company size and anything you write about what you'd like to automate. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers on daile.co.

For our outreach to businesses we may also use professional contact details that are publicly available or provided by business data vendors, such as a name, job title, work email and company. We only use them to contact people about Daile's services, and you can opt out at any time.

How we use it

To reply to you, set up and prepare for calls, put together what we'd build for your company, send follow-ups you can opt out of, and keep records of our conversations. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it for others' advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting, email, calendar and CRM tools), under their own confidentiality and security terms, and anyone the law requires us to share it with.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking or working together, and then only as long as we reasonably need it for records or legal reasons. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner where the law allows.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Any outreach email includes a simple way to opt out. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't sell or share personal information as those laws define it. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Client data

Data we handle while building or running systems for clients is covered by the agreement with that client, not by this policy.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, but no method of storage or transfer is completely secure.

Children

daile.co is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. For any privacy request, use the contact form on daile.co and say it's a privacy request, or write to Daile Co LLC, West Hollywood, Los Angeles, California.
